Despite the fanart I've seen, Supana has always been the "mean" one of the club in my mind. Despite being as nervous around strangers as her peers, she takes a more mean and antisocial persona when it comes to people she knows of and doesn't want to talk to. And doesn't like.
Even if she didn't speak up in front of others, she was definitely the type to scold Oka if she ended up doing something she didn't want to due to pressure or to avoid confrontation. She does the same thing with her club members but likely wouldn't ever do it for herself.
Despite being so antisocial, Supana knows that if she ever fought back against the bullies, it'd likely make their treatment towards her worse. Hoshiko already treats her badly when she's not trying, so she doesn't want to find out how bad it gets when she's upset.
Supana liking Horo is one of the random things I added for the sake of different interactions. Outside of thinking he's attractive and smart. He's the only one in the club who will actually listen to her try to prove the supernatural with science.
