SFW alphabet for Jill Valentine
*Disclaimer: I have NEVER played a RE game, so I apologize if this is super OOC* SFW Alphabet Ask Meme for Surviving the Game Jill Valentine
A = Affection (How affectionate are they? How do they show affection?) At first it'll all be friendly teasing and jokes. The more she ribs you, the more she likes you.
B = Best friend (What would they be like as a best friend? How would the friendship start?) You probably won't even notice when a work relationship becomes a real friendship, but in time you're going to start bringing each other coffees and hanging out after work.
C = Cuddles (Do they like to cuddle? How would they cuddle?) It can be difficult to get Jill to relax enough to cuddle, but once you do be prepared to stay put for a while. Side by side under a blanket on the couch with a cup of hot chocolate and a good movie? Sounds like a good time.
D = Domestic (Do they want to settle down? How are they at cooking and cleaning?) Jill can break down, clean, and put back together a rifle or pistol blindfolded in record time... but she can't cook to save her life. Always moving, she's used to eating on the go or grabbing a quick bite on the road. There is no settling down. Not while there are still world ending threats out there...
E = Ending (If they had to break up with their partner, how would they do it?) Directly and to the point... after a lot of procrastination. She's not going to lead them on, but she's going to look for the right time to do it... And if that means being awkward and avoiding them for days at a time, well, it couldn't be helped. There was... stuff. Lots of stuff to do...
F = Fiance(e) (How do they feel about commitment? How quick would they want to get married?) The basis of any commitment is trust, and trust takes time and effort. Marriage may or may not be in the future. It really hinges on how much she can trust her partner, and how much she can actually tell them about her life...
G = Gentle (How gentle are they, both physically and emotionally?) Jill can be a bit direct at times, but is rarely cruel on purpose. She can and will hold her own against most opponents, believing it's better to end the threat before it can end you.
H = Hugs (Do they like hugs? How often do they do it? What are their hugs like?) If you're friends, yes. She's cool with hugs most of the time. If you aren't friends and you try to hug her, you better be ready to get flipped.
I = I love you (How fast do they say the L-word?) It's going to take a while. She needs to know she can trust you completely before she's going to say it.
J = Jealousy (How jealous do they get? What do they do when they’re jealous?) Jill doesn't get jealous often. Power, money, position, none of it means a damn thing if it's just handed to you. If you want something, work hard and achieve it.
K = Kisses (What are their kisses like? Where do they like to kiss their partner? Where do they like to be kissed?) Jill doesn't kiss and tell, thank you very much... But really she likes being kissed on the back of the neck. It makes her feel safe to have her partner holding her close like that.
L = Little ones (How are they around children?) Kids are fine, as long as they're not her responsibility. They're a lot to handle and she's got enough to deal with.
M = Morning (How are mornings spent with them?) As long as there's coffee involved, quite pleasant.
N = Night (How are nights spent with them?) Pry the paperwork out of her hands and get her to relax and it'll be a great night!
O = Open (When would they start revealing things about themselves? Do they say everything all at once or wait a while to reveal things slowly?) Jill has been stabbed in the back before by people who knew far too much about her. It's going to take time for her to start opening up, but when she does, take it as a good sign. It means she's starting to trust you.
P = Patience (How easily angered are they?) So-so. Some things don't really bother her, but other things (and people) can get under her skin just by walking into the room...
Q = Quizzes (How much would they remember about their partner? Do they remember every little detail they mention in passing, or do they kind of forget everything?) Details are important and Jill is always paying attention, even if it doesn't seem like it. if you've mentioned it, chances are she's going to remember it.
R = Remember (What is their favorite moment in their relationship?) Being able to open up to you without fear of betrayal. That means a lot, and it's not an easy place to reach.
S = Security (How protective are they? How would they protect their partner? How would they like to be protected?) How many places are there in your house to hide guns, knives, and other objects for self defense? Wrong, there's at least three times the number you're thinking, and she'll make sure you're intimately familiar with all of them. You can keep her safe by keeping yourself safe when she's not there, so pay attention to her lessons. It'll give her peace of mind to know you're capable of defending yourself.
T = Try (How much effort would they put into dates, anniversaries, gifts, everyday tasks?) It won't be big or flashy, but she'll do her best to make sure it's something personal, and something you'll remember fondly.
U = Ugly (What would be some bad habits of theirs?) Jill is a workaholic. One way or another, she will find something to do. Trying to get her to take a day off is almost as much work.
V = Vanity (How concerned are they with their looks?) Jill isn't particularly vain. Functionality over fashion is her goal, but she still manages to look good doing it.
W = Whole (Would they feel incomplete without their partner?) Yes, although she would do her best to pretend she was fine.
X = Xtra (A random headcanon for them.) The first time Jill saw Demi in a Trial, she absolutely thought he was from their world and was another one of Umbrella's fucked up mutants. It took Steve and Nancy quite a while to convince her otherwise.
Y = Yuck (What are some things they wouldn’t like, either in general or in a partner?) Disloyalty and dishonesty.
Z = Zzz (What is a sleep habit of theirs?) She always says she's going to bed early tonight, but will inevitably be found working until some ungodly hour of the morning, or asleep at her desk. Oops.
