Sometimes, Pete likes to bite.
Just a little nibble, because if he's being honest, Ray is just too much for him to behold.
He'll look at that smile, the ginger hair, the belly fat, the thick thighs - and he could be kissing all of that, sure, but sometimes he just needs to give a little nibble because the rush of affection is overwhelming.
Laying next to Ray in bed, Pete is playing with Ray's tummy - running his fingers over the fine trail of hair, running his palm flat across Ray's belly, when he the sensation hits him and he leans over to sink his teeth into Ray's soft tummy. Just a gentle little nip.
"Hey!" Ray laughs. "Are you Dracula all of a sudden now?"
Pete pulls back and looks at the fading teeth imprints. "No. Just your number one fan, my dear boy. Did it hurt?"
Ray shakes his head no. "It's cute. I like it." He closes his eyes and lays his head back on the pillow, small grin on his lips.
"The softness of your belly, the warmth of your embrace, the summer smile on your lips. That's all I need, my love."
Ray traced a heart on the back of Peter's neck. "I love you, Peter McVries."
"And I love you, Raymond Davis Garraty".
