I'm making here collection of superhero stuff, mostly superhero media outside of giants like DC and Marvel and superpower exploration, worldbuilding and jokes. Feel free to tag me or send admissions.

Also if you have superpowered OCs (not necessary superheroes) you can send me that too

I mostly reblog small artists and writers while avoiding big names, but sometimes people make valid points about giants universes (like Marvel or DC) tag is #big media and title name

stumbled on Adult superhero erotica at z-lib and um... I forget that erotica literature exists, especially in my favorite genre. Adult superheroes for me is not when there is sex, but rather when there are... systemic issues with no easy solutions

I'm slightly overwhelmed, so I can't go on usual reblog spree and I'm sad that I see all the cool super-OCs and it just doesn't tick in head

fun fact: I put in tumblr search "Algerian superhero" and found two or three characters from different creators. But putting other random nationalities as "x superhero" in search gives no meaninful results.

I have sort of conflicting thoughts about teen superheroes in "adult"/realistic settings

Don't get me wrong - I love(d) this trope, rewatched youg justice god knows how many times. But now I tutor teens and see them from adult perspective and training some teenager to kill or bear responcibility about people's lives seems unthinkable. Not to mention how much this would hurt education and socializing, but maybe it's night babka demon in me

on that note of night posts. when I was 12-14 I was huge fan of Hitgirl from kick-ass and rewatched kick-ass and kick-ass 2 over 5 times. Rewatched these movies recently and I don't understand my movie choices of that time. And had slight questions about parental control, as I clearly wouldn't like to show these movies to my kids (which I don't have, but you know - hypothetical) in such age.

Also love hit-girl, but I think someone should do some study of her as child-soldier. Thinking about second movie and how fine she navigated school and talking to peers, I think realistic take on these events would be fun to see
