Mexican Crunchwrap A tortilla filled with sweet onion, red onion, tortilla chips, orange bell pepper, pablano pepper, jalapeno peppers, tomato, lettuce, shredded cheese, taco meat, and some Sriracha then grilled on the griddle. Chicken... Salad? Stir Fry? Breakfast Skillet? Whatever it is sure helped me unwind after a tough hump day at my day job. This was more so just a little cooking therapy for me. Diced chicken cooked in a skillet with peppers, onion, and diced potato. High in flavor with cayenne and various other seasonings, the dish was served over greens and topped with a slice of provolone cheese and a gooey fried egg (which broke a bit... not enough oil in the pan... whoops!) I'm No Monster... I'd Cook You A Lobster A beautiful fresh lobster tail lightly drizzled with brandy and melted butter (with a little lemon juice) before being seasoned with salt, pepper, cayenne, paprika, and parmesan cheese. It then went in the broiler until it turned that beautiful bright red. Served with some luscious macaroni and cheese (frozen). I didn't want to be in the kitchen all night and I wanted that rump to be the star of the show. (Also, I had a coupon for frozen sides...)
