Ok, I’m going to call it🙋♂️: THIS @supnoodlebar bowl of #pho is the BEST bowl of pho I have EVAR had in SoCal living here for almost 17 years. We have a new #phoKING people!🍜👑🙇♂️ I have reached pho enlightenment (and I didn’t know this was going to happen so all YOU get is a copy of my IG story pic w/ cute-smarmy stickers+tags). And just so you know the EXACT combo of what I got so that you can agree/disagree/judge me, the “panty dropper” (which is the best visual I can come up with while still feelin’ this pho ecstasy high I’m SO on): oxtail pho w/ a sous vide egg (which is no different than what I’ve had in Hanoi/Northern Vietnam mixing in a quail egg) w/ the “Northern-style” wok-stir-fried vegetables (and here’s the kicker) IN bone marrow oil... BONE MARROW OIL to give the pho an extra smokey dimension of flavor that is just fant-ASTIQUE!!! Hot daaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaamn! Why am I JUST finding out about this place that’s been open (for 3-4 YEARS?!?😱) behind the #orangecurtain IN Buena Park and NOT in #littlesaigon...
