Better late than never! Just wanted to show my support for #probjdartistsday and I encourage you to support artists as well! They put their hard work, time, love and soul into their creations and I can only imagine how heartbreaking it is for someone to come and make a copy of their baby in a week only to sell for profit disregarding the fact that this damages not only the artists but the community as well. I've discovered many people in the community and I adore those who make wonderful creations from dolls to clothes. It's a thorny issue for me: I think that every person has the right to spend its money as they prefer, but recasts damages BJD artists, the collectors' community and the hobby itself, and it is a fact. I don't attack who has recast and don't judge them as person, but I condemn recast and anti-artists as members of this hobby: I don't think they are BJD collectors because, simply, they don't collect BJD but fakes and because they damage dolls companies and the hobby too; who has many Monet's paintings copies isn't a "Monet collector", right? This is the same situations, for me.
