"I took my boyfriend for his birthday to this "supposively" great hotel. I confirmed twice that I would be able to check in 1 or 2 hours early since we were already in town, they said it was fine. I got there and the two very rude front desk women said that I couldn't check in, then they said that they are repairing my room. They offered to upgrade me to a suite then took it back and said instead for me to wait an hour for my room to be repaired. The room was nice I guess but the workers did not make the experience at all enjoyable. If I were you I would save my money for a place that has great service because I would have stayed at the Marriott instead of this hotel if I knew how rude the employees would be. I am very very disappointed."
