3C KOFTA BALLS..CABBAGE, CAULIFLOWER, CARROT. These balls are so quiick & simple & versatile, you can add different herbs and spices for different dishes. Cumin, tumeric, cinnamon for Indian dishes...or basil, oregano & garlic for pasta dishes as meatballs. RECIPE: In processor whizz vegies till crumbled...carrot, cauliflower, cabbage. 1 cup of each.Add spices..cumin tumeric cinnamon paprika coriander sea salt. Add 1 cup of chickpea/besan flour and fold in well. With wet hands scoop out and mold into balls..the chickpea will bind the vegies without adding liquid. Shallow fry till golden in organic olive oil or ghee 1 1/2 mins each side. Chickpea flour does not burn. They are nice cold too so can store in fridge.
