Yeah it's unfortunate. I really hope that it will still come great! Cosplay doesn't have to be 100% accurate! It's ok to alter some things! I do it all the time. My cosplays aren't 100% perfect but people still know who I am. It's great seeing cosplays be exact, but it doesn't have to be in order to cosplay.
