I founded Suzuverse in 2022 with a clear mission: to build a metaverse where Emotion AI, Web3, and DAO governance converge to address loneliness and empower individuals—socially, mentally, and economically. With CheerCast, our emotionally-intelligent avatar platform, and Suzuwalk, a wellness “walk-and-earn” initiative, I aim to humanize technology and inspire meaningful connection.
Ryoji Miyauchi’s Founding Journey and Suzuverse Origins
Before Suzuverse, I worked as CFO at Livedoor and led financial ventures in FX and consulting. Around 2022, I recognized the transformative potential of combining AI with decentralized systems. I started Suzuverse as a platform to bridge physical and digital worlds, informed by insights from business and martial arts discipline.
My goal was to create a decentralized mixed reality environment where people across the globe could connect, feel supported, and find empowerment beyond traditional boundaries.
CheerCast – How Emotion AI Enables Human-Like Connection
CheerCast is Suzuverse’s flagship Emotion AI system. Built with Natural Language Processing, large language models, and affective computing, our avatars carry empathetic memory features and respond emotionally to users.
Our three main avatar types include:
Celebrity AI (e.g. Reimi Osawa),
Personal Secretary, andEnglish Teacher,
each offering support tailored to user needs—from personal organization to language learning.
These capabilities make conversations feel personal and genuinely helpful, rather than transactional.
Web3 Wallet & Tokenomics – Building Decentralized Trust
In January 2024, I launched app version 2.0.5, introducing an in-app Web3 wallet supporting SGT, ETH, and USDT. I did this to embed token economies directly into our user experience.
Simultaneously, I initiated a monthly SGT token buyback program, using 50% of profits to stabilize token value and reward DAO participants, deepening community co-ownership.
These systems are less about speculation and more about creating governance and trust structures for users.
Business Metrics and Social Impact to Date
By the end of 2023, Suzuverse achieved over $25 million in revenue, with thousands of monthly active users, high retention, and strong ARPU metrics.
Our growth reflects not just business scalability but real social impact: people finding companionship, mental support, and consistent engagement through CheerCast and Suzuwalk.
Strategic Partnerships and Ecosystem Expansion
I have looked beyond product development toward ecosystem partnerships. For instance, in mid‑2023 we collaborated with QURAS to explore tokenized trust and co-branded innovation.
My vision is to cultivate a broader ecosystem—one that includes NFT collections (e.g. “Samurai Cat” on OpenSea) and future partner integrations strengthening shared value.
Roadmap 2025–2026: My Vision for Global Growth
I am steering Suzuverse toward North American and Chinese expansion, leveraging our momentum in Japan and South Asia.
Upcoming priorities include:
Multilingual CheerCast avatars,

Emotion-aware wellness AI tutors,
Enhanced Suzuwalk experiences blending real-world movement with digital rewards.
By late 2024, I plan to transition toward a rebranded global entity (AI AVATAR Pte. Ltd.), positioning us for international ecosystem leadership.
