FAN FICTION #40 Korra x Asami
Yep. This is gonna be something. I wonder if I will be able to post enough recommendations by the end of Korrasami Week...So, if you have any favorite korrasami fan fiction, please let me know! I fear I might be running out of good ones to post!
The High Seas by Swani ( swani-writes) summary: "After a ransom refusal by her father, noblewoman Asami Sato joins the famed pirate known as The Avatar and her crew. Little does Asami know that the fame surrounding The Avatar is only a fraction of the truth."
My thoughts: I have enjoyed this work very much. I might just have to add "pirate au's" to my list of fan fiction weaknesses.
We have Asami, daughter of a very rich man, practically being sold off to marriage to the most respectable man Asami's father can find. Then here comes Korra to the rescue!...or rather, she kidnaps Asami for ransom. All Mr. Sato needs to do is pay the ransom, right?
Unfortunately (or fortunately), Mr. Sato refuses to pay and Asami finds herself staying with The Avatar's famous crew of pirates. It's a rather hesitant process for Asami, after all, she was kidnapped by these people, but in light of the betrayal of her father it made that transition easier.
Korra is a lady lovin' lady. Asami is a lovely lady. What does this equation equal? Korrasami, of course! Simple math, but Asami definitely doesn't make it easy on Korra.
It's a lovely work, just starting really so it's hard to tell if it will continue or not (as some of you know, I don't post things that look like they won't continue) but it looks very promising and a nice addition for my Korrasami Week recommendations.
*Make sure to check out the list (x) for the other 39 femslash titles I have, especially this week for Korrasami titles*
