Diving Brunt Bird

The brunt bird is a predatory seabird, very rarely kept as pets. Fran was gifted a hatchling when he was young and has raised it since.

For enrichment for the bird and practice for his brother, Fran will take the bird to dive while Pythius attempts to evade the attacks. Though it's not always this practice, sometimes the three of them will just dive together. It's also a way Fran can bond with his brother via the water despite not being able to be in the water long without the help of the bird.

Not the most visually interesting picture, but a rough idea of a couple characters. Two individuals who graduated together and intern at a research station in what was formerly known as North Western Alaska. They are in a set of company gifted quadrupedal pajamas, most likely heading to the dining hall. Both characters use she/her. Cole (Tirut) and Iver (crown)

Revisiting the Tirut, an unnamed Tirut with a hostile and annoyed expression

I miss worldbuilding them so a little doodle tonight. Messing with some ideas so here's the notes

*these are sophots are aliens, but with a lot of fantasy and dragon inspiration that I don't try to hide, not really sure what to call them so I will continue to call them aliens, loosely

Snout pad a bit more pronounced

The previous "nostrils" are also scent glands that produce a light smell for identifying other Tiruts. Though their sense of smell is not their strongest sense

Fluffy, but still generally short fur, long fur can be selectively bred. Fur is very dense for cold climates.

Illya finds sorrel almost 15 years after they were together. Sorrel has very much so moved on and is more just annoyed to see Illya around.

Neither of them were in an emotionally stable enough place to have a great relationship. It hurts Sorrel more than Illya.

Illya was not emotionally intelligent and often didn't take Sorrel's emotions as seriously as they should of. They were used to ignoring their own and let it affect other people.

Sorrel was probably at the lowest point of her self image at the time and the relationship didn't do much to help, but she stuck around because of the affection/attention.

The relationship "ended" on a fight, though neither of them said it was over it was obvious it was. Illya left to help Pythius get to the costal colony of Lavenn.
