These gluten-free BBQ country ribs are baked in the oven until fall-apart tender, making them a perfect meal for any occasion. The homemade BBQ sauce adds a sweet and tangy flavor that complements the juicy pork ribs perfectly.
Ingredients: 4 lbs country-style pork ribs. 1 cup gluten-free BBQ sauce. 1/4 cup brown sugar. 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar. 2 tsp smoked paprika. 1 tsp garlic powder. 1 tsp onion powder. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: Preheat the oven to 300F 150C. In a small bowl, mix together the BBQ sauce, brown sugar, apple cider vinegar, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Place the ribs in a single layer in a large baking dish or roasting pan. Pour the BBQ sauce mixture over the ribs, coating them evenly. Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 2.5 to 3 hours, or until the ribs are tender and cooked through. Remove the foil during the last 30 minutes of cooking to allow the ribs to caramelize and develop a nice crust. Once done, remove the ribs from the oven and let them rest for a few minutes before serving. Serve hot, garnished with chopped fresh parsley or green onions if desired.
