Oohhh you know I love that raindrop! 💧 Philadelphus coronarius or Sweet Mock Orange These have a very light sweet scent but I have to say, they don’t quite compare to the real deal. 🤷‍♀️ Growing up out in the Temecula wineries by 100’s of acres of orange groves (back in the 80’s😬), I remember that sweet orange blossom smell filling the air as we drove by with the windows down and air hitting my face. 😌 It smelled SO GOOD!! The piles upon piles of rotting grape skins dumped along the roadside I found repulsive.🤢 Since the winery boom, I don’t believe they’re allowed to do that anymore. As an adult who enjoys wine, I wonder if that smell would offend me as much.💁‍♀️ 🤔 . Hope you enjoy your Saturday!
