Ingredients: 4 medium sweet potatoes, peeled and sliced into rounds. 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted. 1 cup brown sugar. 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon. 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg. 1/4 teaspoon salt. 1/2 cup chopped pecans. 1 tablespoon honey.
Instructions: Bring the heat on your grill to medium-high 350F/175C. Melt the butter and mix it with the brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt in a bowl. Use the butter and sugar mix to cover both sides of the sweet potato rounds. Make small stacks of the sweet potato rounds on the grill grates. Close the lid of the grill and cook the sweet potatoes for 20 to 25 minutes, brushing them with the butter mixture every now and then. For the last five minutes of cooking, add honey and chopped pecans to top of the stacks. Take it off the grill and let it cool down for a few minutes before you serve it.
