Do you ever feel the pressure of not making something in time? Do you ever feel that you are “behind”, that you should do something and if you don´t make it, you just won´t be worth living on this planet?

Well, you might be shocked, but we actually make this pressure ourselfes. You don´t really have to do anything. Seriously. You don´t. It´s just in your head.

Before people strived for surviving. That was their only aim. To survive. And they spent hours looking for some food, for a place where to sleep, surrounded by their loved ones and enjoying every moment of their short lives.

With time, the idea of having something more to live for arised. People had more possibilities, more security and more time. And they kept chasing their dreams.

I´m definitely not saying it is bad to have some dream, something big you want to achieve. No! I do have mine, too. But you don´t need to be productive all the time. Allow yourself to have a rest. To do nothing. To spend time in the nature. To just be.

Because – you never know. What might happen tomorrow?

Šiandien aš pasenau dar vienais metais.

Dar labiau skauda stuburą;

Dar labiau judant traška sąnariai;

Smegenys informaciją apdoroja dar lėčiau. Žmonės sako:,,Neuronai žūsta".

Aš sakau:,,Pusrutuliuose vietą prisiminimai užkemša".

Šiandien man gana linksma.

Pasijuokiu iš lūžtančių kaulų garsų, prasijudinu, kad nugaros neskaudėtų.

Smegenis tai palieku ramybėj, nes žinau, kad neuronai neatsinaujina ir gyvenu toliau.

Gyvenu kaip gyvenau kaip gyvensiu dar tikiuosi daug metų.

Su gimtadieniu mane! Linkiu būt laiminga, surasti savo vietą po saulę ir žmogų, kuris mylės. Pinigų niekada netrūko, kad ir kiek jų buvo, tai ir nelinkėsiu. Bet dar noriu, kad neprarastum savitumo ir kantrybės!💚
