Cinnamon Babka, Recipe taken from Cook's Illustrated Baking Book. It tasted like a giant cinnamon roll. Next time I am cutting back on the filling and egg wash. It was a bit overly sweet, and it was too dark for my liking.

First time making bread, made these savoury onion flakes, poppy seed, black sesame, and white sesame buns. Quite dense but still yummy.

First time making sandwich bread and I decided to go fancy with this Matcha and cocoa swirl bread loaf. You can’t really taste the matcha & cocoa but it certainly is pretty to look at.

Definitely wasn’t loafing around, I guess this weekend was my bread weekend :D
