The Switcherrune Masterpost! (I might edit the logo)

This is basically my take on Deltaswap where I (try to) make every character retain their original personalities. Besides Kris and Susie, whose personalities would have to change drastically considering the whole soul player control thing. 

Anyways, the main cast swap is clear from my remastered Deltaswap/Switcherrune sprites above. Other swaps include Spade King > Asgore, Queen > Toriel, Jevil > Spamton, Rouxxls Kaard > Bob the broke Jigsawry guy, Tasque Manager > Swatch, Tasques > Swatchlings, and more!

Stay tuned for more content! (Edit: Don’t, I give up cuz I’m lazy and am not as into deltarune rn... ill be honest these designs and dialogues aren’t creative at all they’re just recolors or 90% rewrites of dialogue of the original deltarune cast.)

Welcome to part 1 of Deltarune’s Ferris Wheel Scene through my take of Deltaswap: Switcherrune

Warning: Krerdly. Even though it’s not my number 1 ship, it’s my backup ship for when Suselle happens.

All sprites, background edits, and dialogue edits belong to me. Steal and I will find you. (The watermark saying “Leynnia” is because my username on Deviantart and other sites.)

I got the original Deltarune backgrounds to edit from spriters-resources in Google Images.

I called it that because all the other names I thought of were already taken. And Switcherrune sounds kinda like “switcheroo.”

Basically my take of Deltaswap where characters keep their original personalities and just swap roles. (I thought that form of swap au was called Inverted Fates but someone who commented on my Reddit version of this post said it wasn’t... oops. They also said most swap au’s have characters keep their original personalities, but I thought that wasn’t the case. Anyone wanna enlighten me on that?)

Decided to do some Chapter 1 for Switcherrune.

Since, y’know, I kinda jumped straight into Chapter 2 as an originally small edit project. But it blew up more than I expected (especially after someone reblogged it), so I might as well try starting where it all began.

Sort of.

I’m too lazy to do sprites for the other characters at the moment. >:(

Credits to people from spriters-resources. I ripped the background and character sprites from them and recolored/edited them.
