The sword is “Allasoga,” the sword of peace from my fantasy book tentatively titled “A Tale of Forador.”

Lady of Sorrows⚔️

The image of Holy Mary's heart pierced by seven daggers is used to represent the profound pain experienced during her life, symbolizing suffering and martyrdom.

That isn't actually the inspiration behind this, but I think it's an interesting fact so I told it😁

It's an image that really fascinates me anyway, so I'm sure I subconsciously took inspiration from that too, but I just wanted to draw a lady covered in blood!🌹

I continue to post drawings from 2023 because am too lazy to take nice photos from my sketchbook of anything more recent. And I’m working on digital art that is taking some time. Oh well. Enjoy some hand practice I did a year ago that I decided to go a bit hog wild on the background for. The original hand reference had them holding a wooden spoon, but I said screw that I want to hold a sword in a non-useful way.

Hey Nimona fandom, what's good. Hello to the new members we've gained since the movie dropped on YouTube for free. I'm Christine/Lassie and I have a Nimona OC that's very long running.

This motherfucker took me almost ten full hours just to color it, so I hope you like it. I'm very proud of it.

The Knight Charlotte AU is essentially just an AU where instead of allowing the Director to blackmail Charlotte into leaving, Charlotte and Ambrosius decide to just tell the kingdom they're related and expose the Director (leading to her arrest), so Charlotte ends up being able to stay a cadet and complete her knight training! She's around 18 here. Also, there's her sword design! Close-ups below the cut!

Face Close-Up:

I'm much happier with her features than I was with the previous drawing. I stared at Ambrosius's face for a really long time to get her features right (I think they're right).

Sword Close-Up:

I really like this sword and it's also the sword that "canon" Charlotte carries! I drew it and I went "look at her gay little sword" because, if you didn't know, Charlotte is a giant lesbian.

A small detail...

Nimona! Bird Nimona is watching through the window. I like to think that she doesn't really like knights very much, but she thinks that Charlotte and Ballister are cool because they're breaking the system.
