SUPER PYRAMID RELEASES DEBUT EP

Super Pyramid has released their debut EP, Devoid. Led by Vancouver artist Ben Rowley, the space rock project is entrancing in their latest release. Ample synth and drum machines create a textural soundscape; a fusion of modern electronics, folk and vintage pop. The group self-produces their own music, artwork and videos, an artistry that is evident in the content they create. Stream and purchase Devoid below.

Cold Souls by Drab Majesty (2016) It's really hard to stop listening to this coldwavey gem on repeat. Compositionally, it reminds me of basking in the beautiful jangly intricacy of Dead Can Dance or Clan Of Xymox. But the «décadence néon» aesthetics & shimmering interpretation undoubtedly stem from the present realm. It feels like a song I've been waiting to hear for as long as I can remember.
