i am switching *so* often and so fast. and each person has a *very* different understanding / beliefs about the current circumstances. this is utterly exhausting and tremendously disorienting especially because I don't actually know who anyone is, just. that it's different than before!

what's it like being a system? :0c is it chaotic sometimes?

its not normally that bad, although it can get kind of chaotic. sometimes, especially when we’re not doing too great, we’ll rapid-switch (basically the person fronting will change really quickly. so someone’ll front for 5 minutes then someone else will be there) which is a headache, both figuratively and literally

there’s a lot of other not so fun stuff about being in a system too (not always having control of what the others do, not always agreeing with what the others do, etc) but, overall, even if it was possible to just magically stop being like this i dont think i would?

i mean, i straight-up couldnt cope with life as a singlet (not that im coping much with life as is but shhh), my system is here to keep me safe & is necessary for that even if we do put ourselves in danger sometimes too! plus i like to think of everyone as being my family^^
