a lot of the system community forgets that the diagnostic criteria is there for a reason, obviously systems are very unique and understudied but there’s a reason amnesia is listed in the diagnostic criteria

Idk I'd like to anonymously confess how I really feel abt stuff sometimes but I couldn’t find a system one just an introject one and it's silly bc it's anonymous, but I'd like to have the mod at least get what's up y'know?

I don’t wanna harass an anti-endo. They have every right to be disgusted with me. I personally don’t align with their opinions, and I have them on all my dni’s, but they’re still people.

My alters don’t front much. And when they do, it’s mostly cofronting I think. I don’t know if that still counts for having osdd or not... so yeah...

honestly, i’m almost 100% sure that’s a common thing that people are just nervous to talk about. the most important part of it (in my opinion) is working on building trust with your alters, that way you feel safe enough to get the rest you need. it’s something we’re still working on, unless we’re in a crisis the host is out most of the time. it’s totally normal and understandable, especially if you’ve got trust issues.

Hi what exactly is a system reset?

basically, it’s when the system collapses, erasing all existing members and possibly the existing headspace too. we’ve never experienced one (thank god), but from what we’ve heard, it’s a horrible thing to go through.

(i’m not sure if a partial system reset is a thing, but knowing how messy plurality gets, i’m sure it’s possible.)
