Main flag id: A flag of concentric squares, with the innermost square being a desaturated light yellow, the next bright light yellow, the next desaturated light yellow, and the last dark orange. The flag also has desaturated light yellow vertical lines on either side, intersected by very dark red horizontal lines near the top and bottom. The outermost vertical stripes go very dark red, to dark brownish red to very dark red.
