Plurals/systems that have headspaces!! How do these headspaces feel? Does it feel something akin to imagining things, does it feel like a dream, does it feel like a legitimate place everybody can go to?

We don't Think we have a headspace, but we're wondering if this is just us Not Knowing how a headspace typically feels like and we're mistaking it

i feel a big reason we’re polyfragmented / a large system is due to heavy mental trauma.

i’m not saying the physical trauma we’ve endured hasn’t been mental traumatic. but we’ve also experienced specific and explicit mental trauma/torture. i can only imagine how that effects our splitting patterns.

ok so we have a few kingenic alters which is fun, in the sense of. Some of us are fictionkin and our kins become so separate from our each individual self that they gain their own autonomy and become their own part, not split from trauma or stress or anything, and technically not split at all, they just. Exist? Its hard to explain. Like for example, i kin empires scott (both seasons) and while i still kin them, some of my shifts became more and more drastically separate from me, like i felt like an entirely different person, until eventually those “shifts” were just entire alters that gained their own sense of self and could just be in front and out of front, and now my actual kin shifts are more subdued and i still feel like me and not someone else when i have them
