Catherine Weaver can drink water and that raises so many weird questions. Where does it go? Does she have an esophagus? Does she just form one when she needs it? What happens to it once it's inside her? Is she anatomically correct internally or just liquid all the way through? If she drinks enough can she use it like a water jet cutter to kill people? I demand answers. And a visual demonstration for that last one if possible.
Alex Mitchell, a T-1001 OC. He's a vent character for the most part so not sure how much I would actually do with him. Helps me in my head with frustrations and intrusive thoughts lol (he does a lot of murder of rich fucks and such). Anyways, just a silly chrome boi with a homicidal streak. Just give him a hug, it'll be fine.
The terminator series is fantastic. It also shows the ways that society and humans keep getting it wrong over and over. Yes the technology and actions of Skynet have been harmful to human beings. It can be said though, the flaws, mistakes and seeming inevitability of Skynet being created and going rogue is a human problem. Rather than human kind changing they kept trying to stop Skynet.
Or rather than seeing cybernetic organisms actions are hostile, view it as an evolving race, highly detached thought processing/decision making and at some point, self defense and retaliation. This idea that organisms that do not act in the ways we expect or try to influence are an issue and threat, is an issue in and of itself.
And terminator is a manifestation of the fears humans have of advanced technology, and that it will take on the worst tendencies of human beings.
I apologize in advance-
(M’kay, f-ck it, I’m tempted, AY’ @mercurized, THIS RANDOM HUMAN DID A THING-)
