“Be lucky we’ve made it this long, especially with all the obstacles we’ve had to face over the years. Or you might not have been born.” He chuckles softly and shakes his head. Him and Piper aren’t that old… or at least Piper isn’t. His kids are too much sometimes. “Of course, I’d love some help.”
“Yeah I know. Meddling Elders and the whole nine yards.” She couldn’t help the scrunch of her nose at the mention of being born. “Of course you do. Well, let’s get this show on the road. We need to be done and have the kitchen clean before mom gets home.”
