This basically drew itself after seeing that.

I purpose a new word, 'taakoization' (a counterpart to flandersization) as a term for when a gay character's depiction by fandom SHARPLY changes once that character does something mildly gnc or is officially confirmed gay.

Example: Taako wears a skirt in one arc and suddenly everyone decided he's a catty and promiscuous caricature even though he protests being objectified and is barely flirtatious at all.

Art of Taako largely stopped being goofy and fun (and there were less fat Taakos) as everyone started putting him in increasingly revealing clothes etc.

And now that this has infiltrated the Oficial Graphic Novel ('daddy alert!') it probably isn’t going to go away.

It sucks, man.
