my favourite romance for Durge is WYLL!!!

yes, there are some nice parallels with other characters, and thematically astarion and shadowheart are great, but I think that thematically wyll is the greatest of all! because his romance is so inherently sweet. he sees all the worst sides of durge and still loves them gently. with reverence. was i sweet once? yes, and you can be again! wyll shows durge that and i think it’s a lovely narrative
