I felt like I was gonna be sick after that 2nd 1000m row 😖 Hahaha but so did the Manbeast AND I finished 20sec faster on the second set than the first!
Earned the darkest, biggest Deadlift bruises I've ever had yesterday as I did reps of 115lbs like it was nothing (My new PR is 135lbs for 3reps!)
Normally the Manbeast and I only workout Mon/Wed/Fri and we do two-a-days but with his schedule this week we literally only have 4 hours of interaction together a day so we are gonna workout every day this week and just make them shorter. Gotta do whatcha gotta do. Gonna try to read more of Becoming A Supple Leopard today as well. ☺️
