The real reason Akutagawa isn’t in the new chapter is because he took Aya to IKEA to get new furniture because she is moving in with the Akutagawa siblings, also Tachigin are missing because they are at the grocery store getting Aya Candy, sorry I had to spoil the me new chapter for you guys.
