Not really a theory or anything but I like to think that Jax is a lightweight. Like, you cannot tell me that he was not tipsy during the bar adventure.
Based on the faces Jax was making and how he started slurring his speech a bit, you could tell that he was atleast a bit drunk. (Idk I found this kinda funny 😭)
