I guess he's not used to them talking back, but I still think they'd get along after some initial awkwardness. Especially him & Tagfer. Fibonacci is forced to listen to him yap since he can't really go anywhere...

& of course he's really awkward around Loid, but he comes around when he realizes he'll respect his boundaries. Sometimes he will hover quietly in Loids' vicinity, or hang out in the same room while completely ignoring him, kind of like a cat. It's a sign of trust.

The fact that my first reaction was not "d'aww, she called him mister" but "How the heck have those two met and not had a very loud argument!?" is a testament to the weird nature of Warframe. Tagfer must have been on his VERY best behaviour with her.
