How I Tag

I feel the need to tag posts by format in the event that that can be of use to anyone - raw audio posts will be tagged as A, soundcloud video posts will be tagged as SC, and video posts/youtube links will be tagged as A/V

Music from video games are tagged with VGM in addition to whatever game it comes from. If it's the OST, the tag will reflect it.

Artists will also be tagged where it can be (which is usually).

 I'll also try and tag posts by music genre but for anyone who's picky about that sort of thing you might find I'm bad at it. Better than nothing though, I figured

Tagging methods

As of this point onwards I shall do my very best to tag fandom posts. I still have untagged posts in my queue so those won't be tagged for a week or so.

More info for those wondering...

Things I shall not tag (things I will be click-reblogging) are: text posts addressing multiple fandoms (those long joke posts) 'Social justice posts' - with the exception of those that may be triggering (although I have a shitty judgement of what is triggering so just let me know if I mess up) Posts that I don't know what to/if i should tag (recent example: NPH at the Tonys)

My tags: faux liveblogs : my liveblogging tag. I add whatever show/film after this one. fauxginger-p: my personal tag. Basically if it involves my life outside tumblr, it'll be in this tag. queue: my queue tag. i'm a fan of simplicity.

answer: my responses to answers to my posts. reply: my responses to replies. followers: responses to new followers. These will also be tagged with their URL.

I have provided this information so you can black/white list whatever you may want. I'll also be copying all this information to a page on my blog so potential new followers can see it.
