I know I'm gonna sound crazy but the flavors reminded me of one of my fav childhood cold winter quick breakfast meals -- cream of wheat with brown sugar. The sweetness of the aged balsamic mixed with the cheese and bread and saltiness of the egg brought me back to childhood memories of that grainy, sweet, yummy melt in your mouth cereal. This is the non cereal version with flavors far superior. Even as I write this I want another pie. Bravo and thank you @miloandolive (at Milo and Olive)
