Damian is a first-year medical student doing his rounds in obstetrics when a patient arrives with high blood pressure at 20 weeks pregnant. He is listening to how they present the case; there is nothing out of the ordinary, the patient is 25 years old, this is the second pregnancy, etc.

Everything was supposed to be normal, but upon entering the room, he couldn't help but regret not asking the patient's name when he came face to face with his older brother Tim, who was trying to reassure Tam, Dick, and Bruce that he was fine and they shouldn't worry.

Doctor: Dr. Al Ghul do you want to start?

Damian: I... I can't work on this case.

Everyone turns to look at him.

Dick: Damian? What are you doing here?

Damian: I'm doing my rounds here.
