My tamping robot secretary bird is complete! Secretary birds can stomp with 195 Newton’s of force (I have no idea what that means) in only 15 milliseconds (I know that one). This makes their morphological design ideal for tamping! Tamping for roads and... flat... things. Whatever you need tamping for! And it sprays the ground down first for a more compact tamp! Could also maybe pressure wash your home!

Woke up this morning and calibrated @myespressoshop PUSH tamper. Using the small tool (included) I set the tamper to 15 to a 22g basket. Using a freshly roasted Kenya AA I did four days ago, had balanced flavors of orange candy, graham cracker and cane sugar. We needed to design an all terrain bipedal robot with a purpose. This is my winner, a secretary bird tamping bot. It sprays water over the ground first to get a denser compact then stomps it flat. It’s based on a drill, pressure washer, water tank, and tamping devices.

Mechanics aren’t my forte but I had fun with this guy.

I decided to color up my bird bot. I don’t know what demographic this could possibly fit into, but I loved my stomping bird buddy and figured others might like them too! They’re here at Redbubble or Teepublic, and sales go to my jalapeno popper budget.
