how do u get your hair to do the thing!! ! the poofy thing!

HONESTLY i grabbed a little section of my hair, rolled it into a curl shape (it wound up being the PERFECT length to curl like that), hairsprayed it, and blow dried over that! i hairsprayed and blow dried it again like twice because i wanted to be SURE it would stay lol...

it was a LOT easier than i thought it would be. 8)
