A homemade salmon burger with a tangy and savory BBQ Hoisin Sauce is a great way to enjoy great flavors. This recipe takes a classic burger and makes it taste even better by adding fresh salmon and Asian-inspired ingredients.
Ingredients: 1 lb fresh salmon fillets, skinless. 1/4 cup breadcrumbs. 1/4 cup green onions, chopped. 1/4 cup red bell pepper, finely diced. 1 egg. 1 tbsp soy sauce. 1 tsp garlic, minced. 1/2 tsp ginger, minced. Salt and pepper to taste. 4 burger buns. 4 lettuce leaves. 4 slices of tomato. 1/4 cup mayonnaise. 2 tbsp hoisin sauce. 1 tbsp BBQ sauce. 1 tsp sesame oil. 1/2 tsp sriracha sauce optional. Vegetable oil for cooking.
Instructions: Cut the salmon fillets into small chunks and place them in a food processor. Pulse until the salmon is finely chopped, but not pureed. In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped salmon, breadcrumbs, green onions, red bell pepper, egg, soy sauce, garlic, ginger, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined. Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions and shape them into burger patties. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the salmon patties for about 4-5 minutes per side, or until they are cooked through and golden brown. In a small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, hoisin sauce, BBQ sauce, sesame oil, and sriracha sauce if using to make the BBQ Hoisin Sauce. Toast the burger buns in the skillet or on a grill until they are lightly browned. To assemble the burgers, spread a generous amount of the BBQ Hoisin Sauce on the bottom half of each bun. Place a lettuce leaf on top of the sauce, followed by a salmon patty and a slice of tomato. Top with the other half of the bun, and your Salmon Burger with BBQ Hoisin Sauce is ready to enjoy!

Try these tangy molasses barbecue ribs. They will make your mouth water. When you mix molasses, apple cider vinegar, and Dijon mustard, you get a tasty glaze that makes these ribs a tasty treat.
Ingredients: - 2 racks of pork baby back ribs. - 1 cup molasses. - 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar. - 1/4 cup Dijon mustard. - 1/4 cup soy sauce. - 2 cloves garlic, minced. - 1 teaspoon smoked paprika. - 1 teaspoon onion powder. - 1/2 teaspoon black pepper. - 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper optional. - Salt to taste.
Instructions: Set your grill or smoker to medium-high heat, which is about 275F 135C. Take off the membrane from the back of the ribs so that the flavor can get in better. To make the barbecue sauce, put brown sugar, apple cider vinegar, Dijon mustard, soy sauce, minced garlic, smoked paprika, onion powder, black pepper, cayenne pepper if using, and salt in a bowl. Brush the ribs with a lot of barbecue sauce, but save some to use later for basting. To cook the ribs for about three hours, turn them over and baste them with sauce every thirty minutes. Make sure it's done; the meat should easily come off the bones. After they're done, take them off the grill and let them rest for a few minutes. Then, cut them up and serve. Put your favorite sides on top of these tangy molasses barbecue ribs and enjoy!
