These crazy BBQ meatball sliders are great for any party, whether it's a barbecue or a game day get-together. The beef meatballs are grilled until they're juicy, then slathered in tangy BBQ sauce and put between two soft slider buns. Add your favorite toppings to make it taste even better!
Ingredients: 1 lb ground beef. 1/2 cup breadcrumbs. 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese. 1/4 cup milk. 1 egg. 1/4 cup chopped parsley. 1/2 tsp garlic powder. 1/2 tsp onion powder. Salt and pepper to taste. 1 cup BBQ sauce. 12 slider buns. Sliced cheese optional. Sliced pickles optional. Red onion slices optional.
Instructions: Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. In a large bowl, mix together ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, milk, egg, parsley, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until well combined. Form the mixture into small meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter. Place the meatballs on the grill and cook for about 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally, until they are cooked through and browned on all sides. Brush the BBQ sauce onto the meatballs during the last few minutes of cooking, allowing it to caramelize slightly. Slice the slider buns in half and lightly toast them on the grill. Place a meatball on each bun bottom, adding optional sliced cheese, pickles, and red onion slices if desired. Top with the other half of the bun and serve immediately.
