Ingredients: 1 lb ground beef. 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese. 1/4 cup diced red onion. 1/4 cup diced tomatoes. 1/4 cup diced cucumber. 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley. 1 tsp dried oregano. Salt and pepper to taste. 4 burger buns. Lettuce leaves for serving. Olive oil for grilling.
Instructions: Flaked feta cheese, diced red onion, dried oregano, salt, and pepper should all be mixed together in a bowl. Combine well. Split the mixture in half and shape each half into a burger patty. Set your grill to medium-high heat and use olive oil to keep things from sticking. Dice the tomatoes and cucumbers and add them to a bowl with chopped fresh parsley and a pinch of salt and pepper. Take the burgers off the grill when they're done and let them rest for one minute. Cover the bottom half of each burger bun with a lettuce leaf. Then add a burger patty and cover it with the garden salad mixture. Place the top half of the bun on top and serve right away.
