• i m p o s s i b l e • . Nothing is impossible. 💪🏼 i was always the “too skinny” kid growing up. People get made fun of for being over weight....same with look “too skinny”. There was nothing i could do! I ate like crazy 😜 one time my friends in high school dared me to attempt to eat 2 full fledged McDonald’s meals one after another: 💥 challenge accepted 🤣 and FYI i totally did it no problem at all. . So i kinda always thought that I’d never be able to gain muscle or anything like that. So i didn’t even try! 🤦‍♀️ . After gaining SO much weight with my pregnancies, and realizing how much being physically fit helped with anxiety and depression, i started my fitness journey. And lo and behold guess what!? Turns out my body builds muscle quite well 😍. No bodybuilding plans in my future tho 😂. . I’m not a cardio lover 🤮 lol but weights 😍🙌🏼 yasss looooove it!!! • s c a r e d • . How I’m feeling. I’m so nervous about starting my new job. I’ve never done anything like it before! And although i know i love the type of work it is....what if i don’t catch on!? What if i suck?! I’m emotional about leaving the the job I’m at. I’ve been in a fight with myself the last 2 days...my body wants to “turn off”, retreat, eat, curl up and let the anxiety take over. And other part of me wants to do the things i KNOW will help me move forward, devotion/prayer, workouts, time outside, good nutrition choices... I don’t think I’ve been winning this fight.... . .
