Tar Anon grimaced as dread washed over his actively unconscious form, muffled voices ringing in his head as the words slipped just past his clawing grasp, the blackness he was used to whilst he slept gaining flashes of color he couldn't make out. What...was this?

Before he could answer his own question, he'd wake up, his eyebrows furrowing in both shock and confusion once he realized the tar on his arms had extended up his body..and his hands were in the pit he had woken up in. The one hidden away in the scorched woods. His true awakening site. Not the one he told people about. What..was he doing here? HOW did he get here?

tar anon is back! as I don't often come up with hcs myself...

i think that tar would be some sibling of sorrow. you know, the mechanic where when you jump you get boosted but if you don't do anything you slowly start to sink in? i say it's a form of self-loathing.

if you reprimand yourself once or twice and move on, it'll only help you fix your mistakes. however, do it too much and not move on and keep berating yourself, you start to sink in this pit. you feel like a thousand hands push you down, but it is only your own.

"utilize. don't let it consume you."

do, but not to the point where you start sinking in self-hate and negative words towards yourself. the only limit? you. if you do not jump and move on, you will fall.

thank yew for listening to my rambling. I think tar would get along with sorrow nicely, given that they're sort of siblings.
