people: tarantulas are so scary how can you keep them as pets, aren't you worried they'll attack you?

my tarantula, who's been sitting in a stress pose for 6 hours because I filled her water bowl and it scared her:

Another member of my bug family <3 its species is Avicularia braunshauseni/Goliath Pinktoe tarantula! (very curious of how big it will get as an adult)

Seems to like its new home already. Sweet!

megaphobema robustum! the name basically means "huge fearsome big scary", which is kinda funny considering this one is such a scaredy cat
