My Tarot draw for the day.

I understand the Past and the Current Influence. The Suggested action and Expected Outcome also make sense, though for this deck the Two of swords ⚔️ is indicated as overprotective

And stunting of growth WHICH now that I write it down I understand much better than just reading it ... Oh

*bites lip* I think I need to bring in some energy from either the Ace of wands, or the Two of pentacles, or perhaps both. Fortunately I have symbols for both of those to remind me.

All About Tarot: The Suits

Coins.

coins, also known as pentacles, are associated with materialism, earth, wealth and physicality.

this suit speaks of material matters and physical issues, like attachments to objects for an example, some may say it handles "earthly matters", the opposite of spiritual matters, meaning it'll often represent your issues with things like finances as another example.

just like any suit, coins has cards numbered ace(1) through 10, page, knight, queen and king.

other coin or pentacles associated things include but are not limited to: manifestation, realization, proof and prosperity, resilience, responsibility and/or reliability, stability, wealth, and security.

its very common for coins to talk about your career and financial stability in spread readings, so if you have questions about those things dont be too surprised if you pull a card from the suit of coins.

the suit of pentacles or coins is connected to winter and earth, common colours in the suit includes gold/yellow, white, brown/black and green though this may vary depending on the deck and the art as different artists and minds have different interpretations.

common imagery in the suit of coins includes of course, coins, pentacles/an upside down facing five pointed star inside a circle (rite side up if its a pentagram). the suit tends to show a young person and greenery in its imagery.

the suit of coins, along with being called the suit of pentacles, is also referred to as the suit of disks, rings, and diamonds and is classified as the merchants suit.

Got a LOT done on the Six of Pentacles today! These two doggos are really sweet...and their human is an amazing photographer so we had lots of beautiful photos to reference.

Ace of Pentacles - Aces = number one in the deck, number one being connected to the first card in the major arcana the fool card (new beginnings, risk taking.) New begginings, Start of a new plan, Determination.

Two Of Pentacles - Finding balance, juggling priorities, Time Management.

Three Of Pentacles - Coming together, Collaboration, Creativity, Team work.

Four Of Pentacles - Greed, Stabality, Trying to control life, Very controlling.

Five Of Pentacles - Hardships, Hard times, Seek help, Therapy.

Six Of Pentacles - Sharing, Generosity, Karma, Help being given, Receiving help.

Seven Of Pentacles - Harvesting your seeds (getting success), Being hard on yourself, Investments, Long Term Vision.

Eight Of Pentacles - Hard Worker, Succcess will come, Determination, Mastery.

Nine Of Pentacles - Alone time, Pure abundance, Self Successful, Happiness, Success, Stability within yourself.

Ten Of Pentacles - Feeling complete, Happy Family, Good fortune, Happy times.

King Of Pentacles - A man who is the “King” (master”) of wealth, grounded person/ man or women who is coming into your life, could possibly mean you or actions you are taking for success.

Queen Of Pentacles - A nurturing women who is very hard working could mean a person coming into your life man or women or could mean you or action you are taking in life. A family women who is grounded and is motivated has an amazing word ethic similar to a Capricorn.

Knight Of Pentacles - A period of slow moving energy, if meaning a person in your life this man is dedicated, productivity, You may not work particularly quickly, but you are consistent, dedicated and committed to your goal.

Page Of Pentacles - Imaturity, A student, Learning new things, initial stages of a new job, New Creativity.
