Who worries about how they will look when they’re older: willow, but only because she worries about pretty much everything - whether or not they’re eating enough vegetable, if they they’ve gone too long without visiting her parents, if their upstairs neighbors are going to make good on their threat to call the landlord about all the explosions. she’s a worrier.

Who makes the mix tapes/cd’s: both of them. willow tends to make the cds for the car while tara makes awesome instrumental mixes to set the mood for spells…both literal and metaphorical. 

Clings to the other during scary movies: tara. she’s a pacifist through and through. violence, even if it’s just movie violence, makes her want to tuck her face into willow’s hair.

Gets into the shower with the other randomly: though you might not expect it, tara. she always knows the right time to initiate an intimate moment to get them on the same wavelength after a fight or an especially stressful week. sometimes that involves grabbing some scented oils or will’s favorite loofah and surprising her in the shower. 

Flashes the other when they walk by after taking a shower alone: willow. she’ll even stop and do a silly little dance just to see tara dissolve into laughter.

Initiates hand holding while the other is driving: tara. she’s very much comforted by the sensation of their fingers linking together, and - since willow drives like she’s just had four shots of espresso before getting behind the wheel - tara often needs the reassurance. 

Secretly tries to touch the other in naughty places during public/family events: willow - but they’re always soft, teasing touches. a few fingers brushing hips here, some lips ghosting over tara’s neck there. by the time they get back home, they’re both ready to slide into bed and resolve the simmering tension.

Asks weird questions in the middle of the night: willow, as xander would say, has too many thoughts. she’s always the one nudging tara awake at all hours of the night to ask her opinion on the magical properties or nightshade versus the properties of jasmine or whether fish could be considered cute.

Asks “what are you thinking about?”: tara. she knows when something is bothering willow, and - given their history - she’s anxious about letting things simmer, unmentioned. to keep feelings from being bottled up, she’s constantly asking willow what’s going on in that crowded head of hers.

Always has to be touching the other, (if either of them do): they’re both very touchy - holding hands and tucking each other’s hair behind their ears and pressing their foreheads together. watching them is like consuming cotton candy by the handful. sweetness overload.

Honestly, I’ve never heard of that until like 5 minutes ago... seriously, who knows someone named Tarrow? Or the history of the name
