A pair of beautifully painted Tassets belonging to an armor for field and tournament made for Duke Nikolaus "The Black" Radziwill, Duke of Nesvizh and Olyka, Prince of the Empire, Grand Chancellor and Marshal of Lithuania.

Nuremberg, Germany, ca. 1555 but likely repainted later, housed at the Metropolitan Museum of Art.

LED panel for my Guild Wars 2 cosplay. There will be one of these on either side of the tassets. This was a challenging piece. I cut out and sculpted the details by hand using Apoxie Sculpt. The plexiglass is curved, so I had to sculpt on top of that. The frame is made out of cardboard and worbla. I still need to make the diffuser, wire the LEDs, and make the backing. The lighting will look very similar to the circular panel I posted a few months ago.

Y’know, people make fun of selfie sticks... but they’re damn useful when you need to see yourself in armour! I didn’t plan on keeping these pics, I was just testing how my faulds and greaves interacted. They work, but these are probably the top 3 pieces I want to replace when I get money. But I guess I still look pretty cool regardless?
