This recipe for gluten-free bread makes a soft, tasty loaf that's great for toasting or putting in sandwiches. It's easy to make and tastes great because it only has a few simple ingredients and gluten-free flours.
Ingredients: 3 cups gluten-free all-purpose flour blend. 2 teaspoons instant yeast. 1 teaspoon salt. 1 tablespoon honey. 1 cup warm water. 2 tablespoons olive oil. 3 large eggs.
Instructions: Gluten-free flour, instant yeast, and salt should all be mixed together in a bowl. Mix the dry ingredients with the eggs, honey, warm water, and olive oil. Mix until everything is well mixed and a sticky dough forms. Place the dough in a loaf pan that has been greased and use a spatula to smooth the top. Remove the pan from the heat and cover it with a clean kitchen towel. Let it rise for 30 to 45 minutes, or until it has doubled in size. Set the oven to 350F 175C and heat it up. Put the bread in the oven for 35 to 40 minutes, or until it is golden brown and sounds hollow when you tap it. Grab it from the oven and let it cool for 10 minutes in the pan. Then move it to a wire rack to finish cooling.
