These Loaded Pub Fries are a tasty take on traditional pub food. The potatoes are seasoned just right, and then melted cheddar cheese, crispy bacon bits, fresh green onions, and creamy sour cream are added on top. Great for a family meal or a snack on game day!
Ingredients: 4 large russet potatoes, cut into wedges. 2 tablespoons olive oil. 1 teaspoon garlic powder. 1 teaspoon paprika. 1 teaspoon salt. 1/2 teaspoon black pepper. 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese. 1/4 cup chopped green onions. 1/4 cup cooked bacon bits. 1/4 cup sour cream.
Instructions: Preheat oven to 425F 220C. In a large bowl, toss potato wedges with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated. Spread seasoned potato wedges in a single layer on a baking sheet. Bake in preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy. Remove fries from oven and sprinkle with shredded cheddar cheese. Return to oven for 2-3 minutes, or until cheese is melted. Transfer loaded fries to a serving platter. Top with chopped green onions, bacon bits, and dollops of sour cream. Serve immediately and enjoy!
