Indulge in the ultimate bacon and cheddar cheeseburger experience with this mouthwatering recipe. Perfectly seasoned beef patties, crispy bacon, melted cheddar cheese, and a flavorful sauce, all sandwiched between toasted buns.
Ingredients: 1 lb ground beef. 4 hamburger buns. 4 slices of cheddar cheese. 8 strips of bacon, cooked. 1/2 cup shredded lettuce. 1/4 cup sliced tomatoes. 1/4 cup sliced red onions. 1/4 cup mayonnaise. 1 tbsp ketchup. 1 tbsp mustard. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: Set your grill or griddle on the stove to medium-high heat. Shape the ground beef into 4 burger patties that are all the same size. Add pepper and salt. Put the burger patties on the grill or griddle and cook them for four to five minutes on each side, or until they are medium-rare or done the way you like them. Add a slice of cheddar cheese to each patty and let it melt in the last minute of cooking. Toast the buns on the grill until they are lightly browned while the burgers are cooking. Gather the mayonnaise, ketchup, and mustard in a small bowl. Mix them together to make the sauce. Put a cooked patty on the bottom half of each bun to make the burgers. Add two bacon strips, shredded lettuce, tomato slices, red onions, and lettuce shreds on top. On the top half of the buns, spread the sauce, and then place them on top of the salad. With your favorite sides, serve your bacon cheddar loaded cheeseburgers hot.
